After decades of growth and success addressing some of the world’s most pressing problems, many INGOs are finding themselves facing extraordinary challenges. As a result, leaders across the sector are examining what changes they and their organizations need to make to remain relevant, to have impact, and, in some cases, to even exist. A recent InsideNGO survey revealed that 71% of INGO leaders surveyed believe that their organizations are not at all or only somewhat ready for the changes ahead.
