The session will focus on several aspects of your compliance program and will have someone for everyone whether or not you are just starting with a new program or are looking to refresh your current program. This presentation will have practical advice, example policies and procedures, tips to help you train more effectively and how to do it within budget and with limited resources. Both presenters have first hand knowledge of how difficult compliance can be in challenging environments and will focus specifically on compliance programs tailored for Humentum's audience. The participants will leave with tools, forms, sample procedures, and practical advice that they can start utilizing immediately and add value to their organizations. Participants can expect to take away information on several specific areas of their compliance program including strategy, policies & procedures, codes of conduct, training & communication, hotlines, due diligence, auditing and monitoring, and investigation best practices.
