While over the years organizations have benchmarked their own staff engagement, the ability for the sector to benchmark their results against similar NGOs has until now been unavailable. In Spring 2018, Humentum and Agenda Consulting ran a peer-to-peer benchmarking involving over 30 Humentum members who shared their organizational engagement survey results. Participants data was compiled to provide the first international development and relief community composite engagement metrics. In this session, outcomes including where peer organizations share similar metrics and where differences in engagement exist in areas such as rewards, well-being, and roles will be discussed. What insights can be garnered from the survey and what do these metrics tell us about sector staff engagement and improvements needed? Join us for the conversation.
